Fredericksburg Area Health and Support Services (FAHASS)

FAHASS is a healthcare nonprofit with a mission to positively impact individual and community health. We provide inclusive and affirming direct healthcare services through our Primary Care facility, Mosaic Care Center, where staff are trained specifically in LGBTQ health needs. We also operate the Fredericksburg region’s first and only LGBTQ community center, Pride Center FXBG, providing social engagement and affirming resources for the queer community.
